Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in India.

These Terms shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of STUDIO SLASH. STUDIO SLASH may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
